On November 9, 2023, The US Trade Commission (ITC) voted to initiate an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on Aluminum Lithographic Printing Plates imported from China, and an anti-dumping industrial injury preliminary ruling on aluminum lithographic printing plates imported from Japan.
