Yuefeng Technology announced on May 6 that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuxi Yuefeng New Materials Co., Ltd. jointly signed the "Joint venture Agreement on Yuefeng Technology (Thailand) Co., LTD.", and the new company will be responsible for investing in the construction of the Thai factory, with a total investment amount of 68 million US dollars (or equivalent in foreign currency). The company's investment in the construction of a factory in Thailand is based on the needs of business development and an important measure to improve the overseas layout strategy, which is conducive to the company to further explore overseas markets, meet the needs of international customers, and improve the supply capacity of products in the global market.
