The proportion of production capacity above the benchmark level of energy efficiency of lead and zinc smelting has reached more than 30%, and the production capacity below the energy efficiency benchmark level of aluminum, lead and zinc industries has basically been eliminated.
During the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the energy use structure of the non-ferrous metal industry in our province has been greatly improved, the energy consumption of key varieties has reached the international advanced level, the proportion of recycled metal supply has continued to increase, the research and development and application of low-carbon technology in the industry has achieved major breakthroughs, the industrial system of green low-carbon and circular development has been basically established, the industrial layout is more reasonable, and the industrial structure has been significantly optimized.
